妊娠期糖代谢异常合并尿路感染的临床分析

摘要 目的探讨妊娠期血糖异常患者中尿路感染的发生率及其对妊娠结局的影响。方法对105例妊娠期糖尿病或糖耐量受损患者进行中段尿培养,对尿培养结果及妊娠结局进行回顾性分析。结果大部分患者(30/31)为无症状性血糖异常,血糖异常产妇中尿路感染的发生率为29.5%,病原菌以革兰阴性杆菌为主。妊娠期糖尿病孕妇较妊娠期糖耐量受损孕妇更易发生尿路感染。合并尿路感染者发生胎膜早破、先兆早产的风险均增加。结论尿路感染是妊娠期糖代谢异常孕妇常见的并发症,且与妊娠不良结局相关。对该类高危孕妇进行中段尿培养,作及时治疗是有必要的。
