单频纳米激光干涉仪非线性误差及其修正方法 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了单频纳米激光干涉仪的非线性误差,分析了各种典型的单频激光干涉仪非线性误差修正方法,如Heydemann方法、频谱分析方法、基于干涉信号波峰和波谷的方法、基于神经网络的NN方法.在基于干涉信号波峰和波谷的方法的基础上,提出了一种改良方法(P方法),试验结果表明,P方法具有运算简单、误差修正精度高和抗干扰性能较强等优点,可以在非计量环境下用该法对干涉仪的非线性误差进行修正,实用价值较大.
