基于MAP与POCS混合算法的微内腔尺寸测量方法

摘要 光纤微力接触式测量方法是测量内腔体尺寸的一种新方法,但其采集的图像受光学系统景深等各种因素的影响而使其质量下降,从而导致测量精度的下降.为此提出了一种基于最大后验概率算法与凸集投影算法的混合处理方法,以提高测量精度.该处理方法结合MAP整体收敛性好和POCS细节保持能力强的特点,首先利用MAP算法使图像达到全局最优,再为图像的局部增加凸集,使局部同时达到最优.该方法能够降低图像中噪声对高频恢复的影响,保证最优图像的唯一性,同时保持图像的边缘与细节,可以显著提高测量精度.实验结果表明,应用此处理方法对微内腔体尺寸进行测量时可以实现对内腔体尺寸的精密测量,其定位不确定度可提高3倍,测量不确定度可达0.7μm.
