当归挥发油的提取与β-环糊精包合工艺研究 被引量:19

摘要 以当归挥发油的包合率和包合物收率为指标,比较了饱和溶液法、研磨法、超声法包合当归挥发油技术的优劣,并采用四因素三水平正交设计法分别对挥发油的水蒸气蒸馏提取工艺和超声包合工艺条件进行优选,得到了较理想的工艺条件。最佳提取工艺条件为:当归粉碎为10目,加12倍量水,不浸泡的情况下提取10 h。最佳包合工艺条件为:超声时间为60 min,挥发油/mL∶β-CD/g的比例为:1∶6,水/mL∶β-CD/g的比例为8∶1。超声包合法操作简便,对当归挥发油的包合率高,包合效果好。 We took the rate of inclusion and oiling-bearing from the inclusion as index to study the advantages and disadvantages of three inclusion method,including saturated water solution method,rubbing method and ultrasonic method.In order to optimize the procedure,we adopted orthogonal experiment design(4 factors and 3 levels)to determine the extraction and inclusion condition.The optimal extract procedure were established:crushing Radix angelica sinensis to 60 Mu granularity,adding 12 times amount of water extracting for 10 times without dipping in.The optimal inclusion procedure were as follows:the ultrasonic time is 60 min,the proportion of oil and β-cyclodextrin is 1∶6,the proportion of water and β-cyclodextrin is 8∶1.The ultrasonic method has such advantages as high inclusion rate,convenience in operation and effectiveness.
