摘要
采用核磁共振技术研究了氯化镧对大鼠脑中代谢物的影响。雄性SD大鼠尾静脉注射剂量为0.1 mmol.kg-1体重的氯化镧溶液,分别在注射后2和4 h处死大鼠,提取脑中水溶性代谢物。分析结果表明,氯化镧引起部分代谢物含量的变化,4 h组琥珀酸、谷氨酸和γ-氨基丁酸含量与对照组相比分别下降32%,7%和16%,这表明静脉注射氯化镧可能引起脑功能的变化。
The effect of lanthanum chloride on the contents of metabolites in the rat brain was investigated using 1H nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) spectroscopy.Male SD rats were intravenously injected with lanthanum chloride under the dose 0.1 mmol·kg-1 body weight.After 2 and 4 h,the rats were killed and water soluble metabolites in brain were extracted.The results show that the contents of certain metabolites are affected.Succinate,glutamate,and γ-aminobutyric acid levels in the rat brain decrease by 32%,7% and 16%,respectively in 4 h group.This indicates that lanthanum chloride might influence the functions of brain.
