摘要
为了解施用稀土微肥是否对魔芋中的重金属有缓解富集作用,通过对HNO3-HClO4及HNO3-H2O2湿法消解和干法灰化3种样品前处理方式的选择以及石墨炉原子吸收升温方式的优化,建立了灵敏度高、准确性好的GFAAS法,测定魔芋中镉、铅和铬的含量。运用本法对施用稀土微肥后魔芋中上述元素的含量进行测定,结果表明,稀土微肥能够减缓镉、铅和铬重金属元素在魔芋中的积累。
The effects of rare earth element(REE) fertilizer on the accumulation of heavy metals,i.e.cadmium,lead and chrome in konjac were investigated.In this paper,three sample preparation procedures including wet digestion with HNO_3-HClO_4,wet digestion with HNO_3-H_2O_2 and dry ashing were compared for the determination of Cd,Pb and Cr by graphite furnace atomic absorption(GFAAS).A sensitive and accurate GFAAS method was established by optimizing the program of rising temperatures.The analytical results show that the REE fertilizer can postpone the accumulation of toxic heavy metals in konjac.
