2005年济宁市城乡社区部分成年居民膳食营养与相关指标抽样调查 被引量:1

A Cross-Sectional Study on Dietary Nutrition and Body Health Status of Adults from Different Communities in Ji'ning City in 2005

摘要 [目的]了解济宁地区成年居民的膳食营养水平与健康状况,以利于更好地开展营养健康指导工作。[方法]2005年6月在济宁市3个不同类型社区对部分成年居民进行调查。[结果]调查184人,能量摄入达到推荐适宜摄入量(RNI)的101.2%~108.8%;油脂摄入过高,3个社区居民膳食脂肪供能百分比分别为36.7%、33.4%和29.9%;维生素A、B1、B2、C以及钙、锌和硒的摄入量大部分居民只有RNI的30%~80%。居民超重率、肥胖率高达41.8%、15.2%,高血压的患病率为21.7%,高甘油三酯血症、高胆固醇血症罹患率分别为29.3%、33.2%,空腹血糖异常率达10.3%,21.0%的女性贫血。[结论]社区居民膳食营养不平衡,能量充足,脂肪摄入过多,微量营养素摄入不足,营养相关疾病(异常)罹患率较高。 [Objective]To explore dietary nutrition and body health status of adult residents of Ji'ning City,in order to provide some references for nutritional guidance among the population of the city.[Methods]A simple random sampling cross-sectional study was carried out among the adults from different kind of communities of Jining City in June,2005.[Results]Total 184 adult subjects from three different communities were investigated in the study,and the three populations all had abundant energy intakes,with average energy intakes accounting for 101.2%-108.8% of the energy RNI;Two of three populations had too fatty diets,the fat provided averaged 36.7%,33.4% and 29.9% of total dietary energy respectively in the diets of adults from central urban,peripheral urban,and rural suburban communities.Most of the subjects had took insufficient vitamin A,B_1,B_2,C,calcium,zinc and selenium,as much as 30%-80% of the RNI.The prevalence rates of overweight,obesity,hypertension,hypertriglyceridemia,hypercholesterolemia and impaired fasting glycemia were 41.8%,15.2%,21.7%,29.3%,33.2% and 10.3%,respectively.And 21.0% of female adults were anemic.[Conclusion]The results showed that the diets of the three populations were unbalanced in nutrition with abundant energy,superabundant fat,and insufficient micronutrients,and that the nutritional-relative diseases were much prevalent among the populations.
