2005年临沂市罗庄区城乡部分已婚妇女生殖系统疾病患病情况调查

Investigation on the Status of Married Women's Reproductive System Diseases in Luozhuang District,Linyi City in 2005

[目的]了解已婚妇女生殖系统疾病患病情况,更好地开展干预措施。[方法]2005年10月对临沂市罗庄区3100名已婚妇女进行调查。[结果]调查3100人,患有各种生殖系统疾病者2031例,患病率为65.52%,其中生殖道炎症患病率为54.06%,生殖系统肿瘤患病率为1.16%,其他妇女病患病率为10.29%。妇女生殖系统疾病患病率,农村妇女为75.15%,城区妇女为35.33%(P<0.01);生殖道炎症患病率城区妇女为24.13%,农村妇女为63.62%(P<0.01);生殖系统肿瘤患病率城区与农村妇女分别为0.27%、1.45%,其他妇女病患病率城区与农村妇女分别为10.93%、10.09%。[结论]临沂市罗庄区城乡已婚妇女生殖系统疾病患病率较高,农村妇女尤其严重。

[Objective]To find out the status of married women's reproductive diseases in order to carry out some preventive measures.[Methods]In October 2005,a investigation was carried out among 3 100 married women in Luozhuang District.[Results]2 031 out of 3 100 married women had each kind of reproductive system disease and the prevalence rate amounted to 65.52%.Among various kinds of disease,the rate of reproductive inflammation amounted to 54.06%,the reproductive system tumor covered 1.16%,and other women diseases accounted for 10.29%.The incidence of reproductive system diseases between the suburb women and the countryside women was also different.The rate of women from suburb was 35.33%,while for women from countryside was 75.17%(P<0.01).As for the reproductive inflammation,the rate of suburb women amounted to 24.13% while the rate of countryside women was 63.62%(P<0.01),As for the reproductive tumor,the rates for countryside women and suburb women were 1.45% and 0.27% respectively,and for other women diseases,the rates for suburb women and countryside women were 10.93% and 10.09% respectively.[Conclusion]The incidence of reproductive diseases was quite high among married women both from suburb and countryside in Luozhuang District and the status of women from countryside was more severe.
