某皮肤杀菌液的安全性评价

Safety Evaluation of One Dermal Sterilant

[目的]了解某皮肤杀菌液反复使用的安全性。[方法]按照卫生部《消毒技术规范》的检验及评价方法进行毒理学试验。[结果]对皮肤刺激属无刺激性;急性经口毒性属实际无毒级;对小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞无致微核作用;亚急性毒性试验中各剂量组均未观察到毒作用。[结论]该杀菌液安全性可靠,可应用于皮肤杀菌消毒。

[Objective]To investigate the security about repeated use of one sterilant.[Methods]We performed toxicology experiments according to the evaluation and testing approaches in MOH's Technical Standard For Disinfection.[Results]This sterilant had no irritation to skin,and no micronucleus formation inductive effect either.The mouse acute oral toxicity test suggestted it belonged to practically non-toxic substance.No toxic effect was observed in every different dosage group during the subacute toxicity experiments.[Conclusion]This sterilant was a kind of safe and stable disinfectant and suitable for dermal sterilization.
