1998～2004年青岛市四方区医疗单位消毒效果监测分析

Analysis on Disinfection Effect of Medical Sectors in Sifang District,Qingdao from 1998 to 2004

[目的]了解医疗单位消毒效果状况,加强消毒卫生监测管理,为医疗单位消毒工作提供科学依据。[方法]对1998～2004年青岛市四方区42家医疗保健单位消毒检测资料进行分析。[结果]1998～2004年合计检测各类样品2570份,合格率为86.65%。检测合格率,1998～2004年分别为77.54%、82.48%、86.25%、86.98%、88.95%、90.66%、93.37%(P<0.01);物体表面为91.62%,医务人员手为96.39%,紫外线灯为83.85%,室内空气为79.31%,使用中消毒液为89.12%;区级医院为92.89%,一级医院为89.19%,保健站与企业职工保健站为80.00%(P<0.01)。[结论]四方区医疗保健单位消毒质量逐年提高,但一级医疗机构和企业职工保健站的消毒工作有待加强。

[Objective]To learn the situation of disinfection in medical sector in order to strengthen the surveillance and supervision on disinfection and provide basis for the work of disinfection in Medical Sector.[Methods]To analyze the data of disinfection quality of 42 medical sectors in Sifang district from 1998 to 2004.[Results]2570 samples of different kinds were examined,average eligibility rate was 86.65%.The eligibility rates of each year were 77.54%,82.48%,86.25%,86.98%,88.95%,90.66% and 93.37% from 1998 to 2004(P<0.01);and 91.62% for object surface,96.39% for hands of medical staff,83.855 for ultraviolet radiation,79.31% for room air,89.12% for disinfection solution,92.89 for hospitals of district level,89.19% for hospitals of first level one,80.00% for medical stations and company medical stations(P<0.01).[Conclusion]The quality of disinfection of medical sectors in Sifang district had been improved year by year,but the disinfection in first level hospitals and company medical station should be enhanced.
