2000～2004年青岛市李沧区某中学新生5种常见病患病情况分析

Analysis on the Morbidity of 5 Common Diseases among Freshmen from One Middle School in Licang District,Qingdao from 2000 to 2004

[目的]了解初中新生常见病发病情况,分析各种常见病的发病特点和趋势,以便进一步采取有效的防治措施。[方法]对李沧区某校2000～2004年初一新生常见病发病情况进行统计分析。[结果]视力不良率为47.7%,沙眼患病率为7.9%,龋齿患病率为12.3%,扁桃体生理性肿大率为9.0%,肥胖率为11.0%。[结论]学生的沙眼、龋齿患病率呈逐年下降趋势,而视力不良率持续在较高水平,肥胖率也在逐年上升,应继续加强健康教育,进一步降低发病率。

[Objective]To understand the morbidity,characteristics and prevalence trend of common diseases among the freshmen in junior high school in order to make measures for their control and prevention.[Methods]To analyze the data of 5 common diseases among freshmen enrolling from 2000 to 2004 at grade 1 in one middle school at Licang district.[Results]47.7% of the freshmen had vision defect,the rate of trachoma was up to 7.9%,the incidence of dental caries was 12.3%,the frequency of physiological antiadoncus reached 9.0%,and the rate of obesity was 11.0%.[Conclusion]The incidence of trachoma and dental caries kept declining year after year,but the rate of version defect still kept at a high level,moreover,the frequency of obesity was increasing year by year.Health education should be strengthened so as to lower the incidence of these diseases.
