摘要
目的研究五步蛇毒对大鼠脑区海马组胺受体H2mRNA及蛋白质表达的影响。方法用RT-PCR和Western blot方法检测五步蛇毒对不同时相点大鼠海马组胺受体H2mRNA及蛋白质表达的变化。结果五步蛇毒处理后,大鼠海马组胺受体H2mRNA及蛋白质的表达在各时相点均发生变化,且其mRNA和蛋白质表达均为先即时上调然后下调,最后又上调。结论大鼠海马组胺H2受体mRNA和蛋白质表达的变化对海马的生理功能有一定的影响。
Objective To study the effects of Agkistrodon acutus venom on protein and mRNA expression of histamine H_2 receptor in rat hippocampus.Methods To study the change of protein and mRNA expression of histamine H_2 receptor in rat hippocampus at different time phases after injection of Agkistrodon acutus venom by semi-quantitative RT-PCR and Western blot methods.Results The protein and mRNA expression of histamine H_2 receptor in rat hippocampus were all changed at the respective time point,which instantaneously increased then decreased later,at last they increased again.Conclusion The change of protein and mRNA expression of histamine H_2 receptor in rat hippocampus induced by the snake venom may affect the physiological function of rat hippocampus.
