不同量的全氟萘烷置换房水对眼内压影响的实验研究

The effects of experimental aqueous replacement with various amounts of different perfluorodecalin liquids on the intraocular pressure in rabbits

目的:观察不同量全氟萘烷(perfluorodecalin,PFDLs)对家兔前房角和眼压的影响。方法:随机选择24只新西兰白兔(A实验组:16只,B实验组:4只,对照组:4只),前房穿刺A、B实验组分别注入0.15ml、0.02ml全氟萘烷,对照组注入0.15ml平衡盐液。术前及术后不同时点行裂隙灯眼前段检查并测眼压,结果:三组兔眼术后第1天眼压均最低,A实验组术后第1周开始到第八周眼压升高(P<0.05),B实验组及对照组从术后第3天起各时点所测眼压接近术前眼压(P>0.05)。结论:前房内注入全氟萘烷一定量可导致持续的眼压升高,继发青光眼。0.02ml全氟萘烷可能已接近兔眼的生理耐受量。临床手术后应尽量清除PFDLs。

Objective: To observe the effects of various amounts of perfluorodecalin on the anterior chamber angle and intraocular pressure in rabbits.Methods:0.15ml perfluorodecalin was injected into right anterior chamber of 16 white rabbits and the same does of balanced salt solusion was given to the controll group(4 rabbits),0.02ml perfluorodecalin was injected into right anterior chamber in an additional 4 white rabbits.The intraocular pressure was measured before and 1d、3d、1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8 weeks after the injection,and the treatment rabbits were sacrificed.Results:In three group,the intraocular pressure is lowest on the first postoperative day,there's no statistic difference in three group.In A teatment group,A increment of intraocular pressure was measured at the week of 1 to 8 postoperatively(P<0.05),In B teatment group and the controll group,the intraocular pressure is similar to the peroperation level on the 3rd postoperative day.Perfluorodecalin.Conclusion:the anterior chamber injection of perfluorodecalin could lead to a longstanding increase of the intraocular pressure.The threshold for endothelial decompensation might be very close to 0.02ml.
