新疆各地不同民族居民西北燥证罹患情况流行病学调查分析

Epidemiology investigatation of prevalence of Northwest Dryness Syndrome on different nationalities in Xinjiang

目的:探讨新疆各地区不同民族居民西北燥证罹患情况,了解其分布特点,为西北燥证病因研究和从异病同治角度探索新疆多发疾病及相应亚健康状态的防治提供流行病学依据.方法:根据中医理论和现代流行病学方法设计调查量表,在新疆和田等六个地区和四川乐山、上海等地实施抽样问卷调查,然后进行西北燥证计量辨证和统计分析.结果:共完成6 238例问卷调查,得出新疆各地区不同民族、不同性别、不同年龄和不同居住环境(城乡)的西北燥证罹患率分布数据,新疆各地燥证罹患率(4.61%～39.52%)高于上海(0.51%)和四川(0.48%)(P＜0.05),和田地区燥证罹患率高于其他地区(P＜0.05),汉族罹患率高于维吾尔族,女性高于男性,中年高于青年,城市高于农村,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:西北燥证是影响新疆等地居民健康的共同病证状态,在新疆和西北地区开展西北燥证病因和防治研究具有重要意义.

Objective: To inquire into different prevalence rate of Northwest Dryness Syndrome(NDS)among residents of different nationalities in different parts of Xinjiang, understand its distributive characteristics, offer epidemiology evidence for the research of disease cause of Northwest Dryness Syndrome and prevention and cure of special or high prevalence disease and corresponding secondary health in Xinjiang from the angle of treating different diseases with the same method. Methods: To design questionnaire according to the Chinese medicine theories and the modern epidemiology method, to carry out sampling questionnaire in six regions of Xinjiang(Hotan, etc.),Leshan of Sichuan,Shanghai,then carry on a computation dialectics statistics analysis of Northwest Dryness Syndrome. Results: (1) Accomplish 6 238 questionnaires; (2) Get the distributing date of Northwest Dryness Syndrome in different nationalities, different sex and age and different living environment (city, country) among the six regions in Xinjiang. (3) The average prevalence rate of Northwest Dryness Syndrome in Xinjiang (17.63%) was obviously higher than Shanghai (0.51%) and Lehman (0.48%). Conclusion: The northwest dryness syndrome is a main factor to influence the health of residents in Xinjiang and its surrounding areas. It′s significant to perform the research on the disease cause and prevention and cure of northwest dryness s yndrome in Xinjiang and northwest region.
