摘要 目的:探讨心肌活动(Tei)指数评价左心功能的临床价值.方法:63例高血压心脏病及扩张性心肌病患者分为3组:高血压向心性肥厚组28例,高血压离心性肥厚组19例,扩张性心肌病组16例,30例正常者作为对照组.行常规超声心动图检查测量各组左室舒张末期内径(LVDd)、二尖瓣血流频谱舒张早期和舒张晚期血流峰值之比(E/A)、左室射血分数(EF)以及Tei指数,对各组的E/A、EF及Tei指数进行比较.结果:与对照组相比,高血压向心性肥厚组、高血压离心性肥厚组及扩张性心肌病组E/A明显减小(P<0.05~0.01),Tei指数明显增大(P<0.01),高血压离心性肥厚组、扩张性心肌病组EF较对照组明显减小(P<0.01).结论:Tei指数能简便、敏感、综合评价左心整体收缩、舒张功能,为临床提供可靠的诊断依据. Objective: To investigate the value of a new index-Tei index for estimating left ventricular function. Methods: Sixty-three patients with essential hypertension and dilated cardiomyopathy divided into three groups: concentric remodeling (groupA, 28 cases), eccentric remodeling (group B, 19 cases), dilated cardiomyopathy (group C,16 cases), and 30 normal subjects as the control group. The conventional echo-Doppler parameters assessed included: The diastolic diameters of left ventricle (LVDd), E/A ratio, ejection fraction (EF) and Tei index. E/A,EF and Tei indexes in each group were compared. Results: E/A ratio in group A.B.C was decreased than that in the control group (P<0.05~0.01), Ejection fraction (EF) in group B.C was decreased than that in the control group (P<0.01), Tei index in group A.B.C was significantly increased than that in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusions: Tei index was valuable and easy for estimating left ventricular systolic and diastolic functions with high sensitivity and provide reliable diagnostic evidence for clinical study.
