摘要
对膜式省煤器管间流场分布进行了数值模拟,并就膜式省煤器对流管束的排列方式、管径及管间距的不同进行比较,利用流场速度分布图结合理论分析,直观比较各种方式的优缺点,为设计和选择合适的膜式省煤器结构提供参考。
Numerical analysis on flow field between the tubes of membrane economizer is made,and comparison is made among the arrangement manner of convection tube clusters for the membrane economizer,the tube diameter and the spaces of the bubes.The advantages of each method are compared together with the theoretical analysis on flow field speed diagram.Thus reference is provided for the design and selection of membrane economizer structure.
