学分制下的学生选课导师制度研究

Study on Students Seleting Tutors' System Under Crdeit System

在学校普遍实施学分制的教学管理环境中,导师制因其独特的优越性而被越来越多的学校引入到教育管理过程中。本文通过分析学生选课导师制存在的必要性,指明了导师对学生选课进行具体指导,可有力地提高学生选课的计划性与科学性。在此基础上,从导师自身和制度两个角度阐述了制约导师制推行的阻碍因素,并针对这些阻碍因素,提出了完善我国学生选课导师制的对策,以期为我国学分制下学生选课导师制度的进一步发展提供一个可行的路径。

In the environment managing of teaching under credit system,tutorial system is introduced in educational management by more and more schools because of its unique superiority.This text has pointed out the necessity of selecting tutor,and the tutor selects the lesson directly for students so as to make it planning and scieneific.On the basis of that,we explained hindrance factore the tutorial system carrying out,and put forwaed the solution to it in order offer a feasible way for developing tutorial system further in our country.
