加强人力资源管理专业实践教学的必要性及途径

The Necessity and Way of Strengthening Practical Teaching in Major of Human Resourse Administration

人力资源管理专业在我国可谓起步晚发展快,加强其实践教学既是我国高等教育从精英教育转向大众化教育的必然要求,也是该专业的特殊需要,为提高人力资源管理专业的教学质量,增强学生的实际操作能力,本文针对我国人力资源管理专业实践教学中存在的实际问题,提出了加强实践教学的几点措施。

The major of human resource administration developed rapidly in our country although it was opened late.This paper put forward some measures in strengthening the practical teaching while pointed out the existing problems in practical teaching of major in human resource administration in our country.
