本文结合大学生公寓管理中面临的问题,提出了加强大学生公寓管理的对策:构建科学的公寓管理体制,加强公寓管理队伍建设,强化社会服务职能。

Combining with the problems of management of students' apartment in university,the paper puts forward the solution to the problems so as to set up a scientific managing system and improve the construction of administrative team in apartment management,emphasize the social serving function.
