高校辅导员作为大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,任务繁重,责任重大。辅导员只有不断提高自身素质,才能真正担负起在政治上是领航、在学业上是导师、在品行上是典范、在情感上是朋友的任务,辅导员也只有清醒地认识自己的岗位责任和所担负的使命,才能卓有成效地开展工作。
Being main power of political and ideological education in colleges,instructors shoulder important responsibility and task.Only improve their own quality,can they shoulder the task of being tutors in study and models in behavior,can they do a good job.
