中西医结合治疗脊髓损伤并发伪膜性结肠炎32例

Pseudomembranous Colitis Complicated from Spinal Injury Treated by Integrated TCM and Western Medicine

目的:观察中西医结合治疗脊髓损伤并发伪膜性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法:将脊髓损伤并发伪膜性结肠炎的患者64例随机分成两组,每组32例。治疗组:用参苓白术散加减口服加万古霉素口服;对照组:万古霉素口服。结果:治疗组患者在止泻时间、退热时间、失水纠正时间及疗程均较对照组明显缩短,无1例死亡,停药后治疗组仅2例复发,而对照组有7例复发。两组间有差异显著性(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗脊髓损伤并发伪膜性结肠炎具有疗效好、疗程短、停药后复发率低的优点。

Objective To evaluate the clinical results of integrated medicine treatment for pseudomembranous colitis complicated from spinal injury Methods Sixty-four patients with pseudomembranous colitis complicated from spinal injury were randomly divided into 2 groups,32 patients each group.The treatment group was given herbal medicine Shen Ling Bai Zhu San(参苓白术散) and vancomycin orally;the control group vancomysin alone. Results Patents in the herbal group had their symptoms of diarrhea,fever and dehydration improved and recovered much earlier than those in the control group.There was no death.After the cessation of medication,two in the herbal group and 7 in control recurred,with significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment is satisfactorily effective in treating pseudomembranous colitis complicated from spinal injury,with short therapeutic course and low recurrence rate after weaning medication.
