米非司酮联合中药治疗输卵管妊娠38例

Mifepristone Combining with Herbal Medicine in Treating Early Phase of Tubal Pregnancy

目的:探讨米非司酮联合中药治疗输卵管妊娠的疗效。方法:将78例输卵管妊娠病例分成2组。A组40例,单用甲氨蝶呤,B组38例,用米非司酮联合中药。定期检测血β-hCG及B超了解子宫及附件情况。结果:米非司酮联合中药组治疗成功率高,疗效明显优于单用甲氨喋呤组。治疗1周后血β-hCG下降率B组高于A组。结论:米非司酮联合中药治疗输卵管妊娠具有效果好、起效快的特点。

Objective To explore the effect of combining use of mifepristone and traditional Chinses herbal medicine on treating tubal pregnancy Methods There were 78 patients with early phase tubal pregnancy,40 cases received only methotrexate(MTX)(50 mg intramuscular injection)as group,38 cases were treated by mifepristone (150mg once a day for three days) and traditional Chinese herbal medicine as group B. Results The success rate of the combination group(B) was significantly higher than that of the single MTX group. The serum β β serum β-hCG levels of group B decreased faster than in group A. Conclution The treatment of combining mifepristone and traditional chinese herbal medicine on early phase tubal pregnancy is effective.
