血脂康对青年高脂血症患者的疗效观察 被引量：1

摘要 目的 观察血脂康对青年高脂血症患者的降脂疗效.方法 给予116例青年高脂血症患者(年龄26～39岁)口服血脂康胶囊0.6g,每日2次,连续服用8周,对其服药前后血脂检测结果进行比较.结果 治疗后患者血总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)较治疗前均有显著降低,分别降低20.4%、25.0%和31.3%.高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)无明显改变.有6例出现一过性上腹部不适,2例出现轻度恶心.结论 血脂康对青年高脂血症患者有明显的降脂疗效,且安全性好.
