Further Cognition about the Reform of State-owned Enterprises

国有企业改革是整个经济体制改革的中心环节。经过20多年实践,国有企业改革已经取得了巨大成就。但同时,我们也清醒地意识到在深化国有企业改革的同时,出现了一些值得注意的问题。要想真正推进国有企业改革,应从推进股份制改革和建立健全现代产权制度两个方面着手。

The reform of state-owned enterprises is the core of economic system reform.After 20 years' practice,we have made great progress in the reform.However,in the meanwhile,we have found some problems.To promote the reform in state-owned enterprises,we should promote shareholding system,establish morden property right system,and take other effective measures as well.
