Problems of Social Guarantee Related to Workers with Peasant-Identity

农民工是我国制度变迁与社会转型期间出现的特殊群体。农民工所处的边缘化境地及社会制度排斥与机制缺失使得他们难以享受到社会保障权益,尽管他们为我国经济和社会发展做出了巨大的贡献。建立农民工社会保障制度,对保障这一庞大的弱势群体,解决三农问题,维护经济稳定与统筹社会发展有重大意义。

The workers with peasant-inentity are a special group appearing in the course of systematic and social transformation in our country.Their marginalized situation,the exclusion and tack of related system made it hard for them to enjoy social guarantee in spite that they have made great contribution to the development of our economy and society.Establishing social guarantee system for them will be of great meaning to protect such a large vulerable group,to solve'the three agriculture problems'to maintain the stability of economy and to orchestrate social development.
