摘要
启动引导程序是ARM嵌入式系统的重要组成部分。NandF lash存储器具有成本低、容量大等优点,在嵌入式系统中广泛应用。结合S3C2440微处理器和NandF lash存储器的特点,讨论读写NandF lash存储器的方法和出错处理,分析引导程序的执行流程,提出从NandF lash启动系统的设计思路与实现步骤和使用方法。模块化设计方法使得这种启动引导程序可以很方便地移植到不同的开发平台中去,为嵌入式系统的进一步开发奠定基础。
Bootloader programme is an important part of ARM embedded system.Low cost and huge capacity is the advantage of NandFlash storage,which has been applied in embedded systems widely.Based on the features of S3C2440 micro-processor and NandFlash storage,the method for operating the NandFlash and fault process has been discussed as well as the execution flow of bootloader.The method and approach for system booting from NandFlash has been given.The bootloader based on NandFlash storage booting,which is designed modularly and could be ported to other different develop platforms very easily,has been prepared for further development of embedded system.
