新型横锁式单元幕墙系统的结构设计及其工程应用 被引量:2

摘要 为了使单元幕墙能更好地适应实际工程的需要,确保质量目标、进度目标、经济目标的实现,通过对国内较为常用的横锁式和横滑式两种单元幕墙系统结构特点的研究,利用雨幕原理通过多腔等压密封设计,研发了一种新型横锁式单元幕墙系统。新型横锁式单元幕墙系统在保证幕墙系统具有良好的气密性、水密性及保温性能的同时,还具有一定的伸缩变位能力,从而达到设计与施工的统一,在实际工程中已经取得较为理想的应用。 For the better application of the unit curtain wall,a new horizontal locked unit curtain wall system is presented.Compared with the normal horizontal slide unit curtain wall and horizontal locked type unit curtain wall,the system presented can assure quality,progress and economy of the project more easily.The system is based on the rain act principle.The new horizontal locked type unit curtain wall system has fine air tightness,water tightness and thermal insulation.And it also has suitable expansion capacity.So the designing procedure and constructional method are coordinated well.In the practical project,this system has made good utilization.
