某厂房大跨网架结构可靠性鉴定

APPRAISAL OF RELIABILITY FOR A LONG-SPAN GRID STRUCTURE OF A FACTORY BUILDING

对某厂房大跨网架结构进行现场调查检测,发现该大跨网架结构的螺栓球、杆件、支座等构件均存在多处安全问题,依据实际检测数据构建了有限元分析模型进行了结构承载能力验算,对网架结构的可靠性进行了等级评定,对于国内网架结构检测工作提出了建议。

A long-span grid structure was detected and an appraisal of reliability is drawn.It was found out some problems of security in this grid structure,such as those of bolt balls,members,supports and so forth.Based upon results obtained in inspection,a finite element model was set up to analyze and calculate the bearing capacity of this structure.A grade evaluation for the stability of this grid structure was presented and some proposals for domestic grid structure detection are offered.
