汕头崎碌炮台是中国近代一个十分重要的军事建筑,它运用着中国传统的拱石技术,并对建筑的形式美学进行大胆创新,吸收近代西洋的新材料和新技术,成为中国沿海海防著名的军事建筑,其创新的思想和建筑艺术是值得借鉴和肯定。
Qilu Battery in Shantou is a very important military building in modern times of China.The traditional arch stone technology in China was used to innovate architectural formal aesthetics,and western new material and technology in modern times were absorbed,whose creative ideas and architectural art are worth learning.
