Residential buildings of steel structures are the new housing system,which is a strategic development topic supported by the state.This system features energy-saving,friendly environment,less land and lower consumptions,light weight structure,good aseismic property,industrial fabrication,short period of site construction,modern style and larger service area etc.It is attempted to reveal the research and development direction of the residential buildings with steel structures through research on market expectation.
