摘要
在工业与民用建筑改扩建工程中常常发生新建基础深于相邻原有建筑物基础,且二者相距甚小基底高差较大、无放坡条件,新基坑土方开控将直接危及原有建筑物稳定。故宜在新旧建筑物之间增设一道板桩挡土墙,消除危及原建筑物的不稳定因素和确保新基坑施工人员的安全。
In case of reforming and expanding a civil or industrial building,the foundation of a new building is deeper than that of the adjacent existing buildings.If the new foundation is excavated,the stability of the original buildings will be endangered.Therefore a retaining wall of sheet pile shall be set up between new and old buildings in order to eliminate the instable factors endangering the existing buildings,as well as ensure the safety of constructors.
