摘要
针对大型加热炉筏式混凝土基础,在经历严冬负温后出现中部凸起变形乃至裂缝的情况。从地下水浮力、温差应力、地基侧压力和冻胀应力,以及地下水静压力等诸多复杂应力、变形因素,分析了结构产生变形,裂缝的原因,进而采取解除约束、释放应力、缓解温差、施加设备荷载等综合措施,在不影响设备安装质量精度和网络计划进度的前提下,经济合理地解决上述问题,达到预期效果。
According to the deformation and cracks in the concrete foundation for a large heating furnace due to negative temperature(-22℃),the causes of them are analyzed from many aspects,such as the buoyancy of underground water,the stress due to the difference in temperature etc.Then the corrosponding measures are taken,which can solve these problems economically and reliably without any influence on the quality of equipment erection,thus getting the expected result.
