摘要
研究了内掺硅粉对自流平混凝土强度和流动性的影响;根据试验数据总结出高强度自流平混凝土的强度经验公式;分析了掺硅粉的高强度自流平混凝土后期强度增长规律;采用42.5普通硅酸盐水泥、中砂、5~25mm碎石,水胶比不大于0.275,内掺硅粉不少于4%,掺加适量的聚羧酸复合缓凝高效减水剂,可配制出C100高强度自流平混凝土.
It was studied that the effect of addition of silica fume on self-leveling concrete strength and fluidity;according to the experimental data obtained,the strength empirical equation of high strength self-leveling concrete was summarized;it was also analyzed that the later strength increasing rule of high strength self-leveling concrete with silica fume;C100 high strength self-leveling concrete can be prepared by grade 42.5 ordinary Portland cement,medium sand,5~25mm broken stone,water cementitious materials ratio not greater than 0.275,addition of not lesser than 4% silica fume,proper quantity of polymerization carboxylic acid compound retarding high effect water reducing agent.
