摘要
根据分子设计的原则,从构成减水剂的分子结构和引入官能团入手,对磺化苯酚-甲醛缩聚物型(SPF)高效减水剂进行了系统的合成试验,研究了原料的配比和反应条件对产物分散性能的影响,同时比较了不同减水剂对于水泥颗粒的分散效果,研究表明磺化苯酚-甲醛缩聚物型(SPF)高效减水剂具有广阔的使用前景。
Based on a purpose-built approach,the sulfonated phenol-formaldehyde type high performance water reducer was synthesized methodically beginning with its molecular structure;and water reducing performance had been studied.The effects of the ratio of materials and reacting conditions on dispensing property of product had studied.The adapting property of different water reducer to cement has investigated.The study and application of the sulfonated phenol-formaldehyde type high performance water reducers had a bright prospect.
