摘要
将处理印染废水后的改性粉煤灰作为制砖材料,应用于粉煤灰双免(免蒸免烧)砖中,并选用合适的外加剂激发其活性。利用正交设计的原理,设计试验方案,合理选择各因素及相应的水平,通过对试验结果的分析,确定出满足强度的基本配合比,分析了各种材料对粉煤灰砖的影响。通过试验测得试件抗压强度超过20 MPa抗折强度超过6 MPa。由试验可知,可以将改性粉煤灰处理废水后产生的吸附饱和灰用于粉煤灰制砖,从而解决吸附饱和灰的处置问题。
After treating printing and dyeing wastewater,modified fly ash as the brick material is applied to non-fired and non-steamed brick and the suitable admixture is selected to excite the activation.Utilizing the principle of the orthogonal design the experiment program is designed and every factor and corresponding level is chosen rationally.Through the analysis of the experiment,the basic mix of meeting intensity is determined and the impact on fly ash brick of every material is analyzed.The compression strength is exceed 20 MPa examined through experiment while the flexural strength is exceed 6 MPa.It's known the saturation dust from the modified fly ash treating the waste water can be used to make fly ash brick and solve the problem of adsorbing the saturation dust.
