结构的时域可靠度和耐久性

TIME-DEPENDED RELIABILITY AND DURABILITY OF STRUCTURES

对耐久性问题的研究促使人们考虑材料性能随时间变化的规律以及与时间相关的可靠性问题,但是耐久性与安全性、适用性并非相互独立。通过对结构时域可靠度和耐久性的研究提出,安全性和适用性是对结构可靠性的基本分类,耐久性是可靠性中涉及材料性能退化的特殊问题,它或者属于适用性,或者属于安全性;对耐久性问题,既可从时间角度也可从结构状态的角度进行分析和控制,且两者对应的可靠概率相等,这一结论对于当前耐久性和可靠性的研究有着重要意义。

The development of the studies on structural durability make it considered of the deterioration of the material properties and the time-depended reliability of the structures,however,the durability is not independent with the safety and serviceability.It is proposed in the paper based on the discussions about the time-depended reliability and durability of the structures that the safety and serviceability are two basic items of the reliability,the durability is a special one in relation with the determioration of the material properties,which is belong to either the serviceability or the safety,the degree of the durability could be analyzed and controlled at the angle of the structural states as well as the time,and the probability of reliability obtained from these two angless are the same,as is great meaningful for the present studies on the durability and reliability of the structures.
