摘要
轨道梁检测是磁悬浮列车安全运行的重要保证.轨道梁检测要求检测频率达到200~1000Hz,同时要求所有32路通道同步采集数据,并且要达到16位的A/D转换精度.通过对系统参数的分析,使用单张32通道单A/D数据采集卡进行伪同步数据采集,即使在1000Hz的采集频率下其一个周期的采集范围也不超过激光探头的光斑直径.这样就不必购买昂贵的同步设备,从而大大节约了数据采集系统的费用.
Guideway inspection is very important to keep safe in maglev train running.Special requirements for maglev guideway inspection including inspection frequency up to 200~1 000Hz,synchronization in 32 channels and 16 bits A/D conversion are considered.After system parameter analysis,we found it′s possible to limit acquisition range not exceeding light spot of laser sensor by psudo-synchronous data acquisition with a single A/D converter,32-channel card,even under acquisition frequency of 1 000Hz.Thus,expensive synchronous equipment is not necessary and large expense is saved.
