摘要
已有砖混房屋常因功能改变而需要更大的使用空间,部分承重墙体的抽除必将导致传力途径的改变,进而需对原有结构进行加固。在材料及施工技术受到限制时,可采用钢结构加固,成功的关键在于谨慎的态度和合理的加固方案。
Some bearing-walls of a masonry building need to be removed for a more wide space.The supprting structure should be strengthened to abapt to the change of force-transmission path.When material,constrution technique is restricted steel structure can be utilized.The key to succeed is cautious attitude and a rational-strengthening scheme.
