某高校教学楼墙体裂缝原因分析

ANALYSIS ON THE WALL CRACKS OF A BUILDING FOR EDUCATIONAL OCCUPANCY

有些墙体裂缝具有地区性特点,根据某高校园区所处地块气候、环境、地下状况,尤其是水环境的影响,结合建筑物的结构形式综合分析,得出了教学楼墙体裂缝的原因。从裂缝开展的情况来看,分析结果是正确的。对已出现裂缝的墙体给出了处理意见,并为后期建设实验大楼提出了技术上的建议。

Some wall cracks have regional characteristics.According to the regional climate,environment,underground environment,particularly water environment and analyzing the structure scheme,it presents a cause for wall cracks of a building for Educational Occupancy.Judging from the development of wall cracks,the conclusion that the cause for wall cracks is reasonable,we put forward some treatments for the cracked walls and some suggestions for the experimentation building structured in the future.
