介绍了绥芬河青云集团地下商场的基本概况,针对其柱网尺寸和所承受的荷载均较大这一客观事实,设计了无粘结预应力混凝土无梁楼盖和无粘结预应力混凝土井式梁板楼盖两种结构方案。介绍了这两种方案的设计要点及造价分析。可供设计建造同类工程时参考。
The general situation of Qingyun Group′s underground emporium in Suifenhe is introduced firstly.Considering the reality of large columns grid and large external loads,Two floor schemes including unbonded prestressed concrete flat slab and unbonded prestressed concrete waffle-slab are presented.The design keypoints and analysis of cost are intruduced.It can be served as reference to design and build similar projects.
