基于数字信号处理器的晶闸管焊接电源相序自适应控制

摘要 主回路采用Y/△接法,同步变压器采用Y/Y接法的三相全桥晶闸管焊接电源对电源三相进线接入顺序有要求.在分析了电源三相进线不同接入顺序三相同步电压和主回路三相线电压的相位相序关系的基础上,建立了一种基于数字信号处理器(DSP)的全数字化晶闸管焊接电源,利用软件实现同步信号的检测、主回路线电压相序的判别、电源自适应控制及缺相保护.焊接试验证明,基于DSP的相序自适应控制晶闸管焊接电源工作稳定可靠,能够很好地满足各种焊接工艺性能. There are requirements for connection orders of the inlet wires of three-phase full bridge SCR(silicon controlled rectifier) welding power source when its main circuit adopts Y/△ connection and synchronous transformer adopts Y/Y connection.After analyzing the phase and phase sequence relationship between synchronous voltage and main circuit three-phase line voltage under different connection orders,this paper established a DSP-based full-digital SCR welding power source.Software is used for detecting sync signal,distinguishing line voltage of main circuit,the self-adaptive controlling and protecting for open-phase of the welding power source.The experimental results show that it runs reliably and stably,and can satisfy various welding process requirements.
