摘要
近几年,我国企业资金紧缺仍是生产经营中最主要和最难解决的困难。其中,筹资方式的选择,筹资风险的分析与防范应该是极为重要的一环。本文拟就我国企业筹资方式的选择、筹资风险的分析与防范,做一些探讨。
In recent several years, lack of capital is still the main and most difficult problems to solve during production and operation. Among these problems, choose of financing method, analysis on financing risk and prevention deserve the most important link.
