摘要
再制造工程是以全寿命周期理论为指导的系统工程,既不同于维修,也不同于再循环,是对维修工程的继承和发展。再制造工程已得到全世界的重视,在我国也有较快的发展。表面工程技术,尤其是纳米表面工程技术,是再制造工程的关键技术之一。通过开发高速电弧喷涂技术、纳米电刷镀技术、微纳米自修复添加剂技术等先进的表面工程技术,使得再制造工程的技术手段不断丰富,再制造机械装备零部件的减摩、耐磨、抗疲劳、耐腐蚀等性能不断提高。
The remanufacturing engineering is a systematic engineering, neither same as the maintenance nor as the recycling. It is the inheritance and development to maintenance engineering. The remanufacturing engineering has made great progress around the world, as well as in our country. Surface engineering, especially nano surface engineering, is the typical representation of key technology of remanufacturing engineering. After the advanced technologies, such as high velocity arc spraying, nano electric brush plating and nano antifriction self - repairing additive, were developed, the workpieces'properties of antifriction, wear resistance and anti - corrosion were improved greatly. Remanufacture engineering will take an important role in promoting the development of waste electromechanical products.
