摘要 利用OM、XRD、SEM、EDS等方法,研究了Ca含量对AZ61-1Si合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,Ca能显著改变Mg2Si相的形态及大小,细化晶界,而对基体晶粒尺寸影响不大。添加Ca后,AZ61-1Si镁合金的力学性能得到明显提高。 The effect of Ca content on microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ61 -1Si alloy was investigated by OM, XRD, SEM and EDS. The results show that the addition of Ca promotes the formation of fine polygonal type Mg2Si particles by providing the nucleation sites for Mg2Si particles. In addition, the grain boundary of AZ61-1Si-xCa alloy is finer than that of the base alloy, even though the grain size has slight change. The large improvement in mechanical properties of AZ61 -1Si-0. 6Ca alloy is attributed to the oval shape of the Mg2Si phase.
