摘要
研究了一种不含钼、镍等贵重合金元素的耐磨低合金铸钢材料,具有足够的淬透性和淬硬性,经油冷淬火和中温回火处理后,硬度大于58HRc,冲击韧性大于22J/cm2,断裂韧性大于35MPa.m1/2。用于制造大型球磨机衬板,耐磨性比高锰钢衬板提高1倍以上,具有很好的经济效益。
A new kind of low alloy cast steel that had no noble alloy elements such as nickel and molybdenum was researched. The main alloy elements of low alloy cast steel are cheap silicon, manganese and chromium. The low alloy cast steel has excellent hardenability. After quenching in oil and tempering at middle temperature, the hardness is over 58HRC, the impact toughness and fracture toughness excel 22J/cm2 and 35MPa. m1/2 respectively. Using in the large scale ball mill liner, the cast steel abrasion resistance is one time longer than that of high manganese steel.
