摘要
在托辊式网带炉内进行圆锯片零件的热处理,替代传统热处理技术,并取得一定功效。网带炉特别适合于多品种、大批量薄片类零件热处理,尤其适用于木工机械、园林机械和棉花机械弹簧钢制圆锯片(直径φ≤ 450mm,厚度δ=0．95-3．00mm)的热处理。
The parts of circular saw are heat-treated by wire-mesh belt furnace, which replaces traditional technology of heat treatment and gets certain effect. The wire-mesh belt furnace adapts to heat treatment of varieties and a large quantity of plate parts, especially in circular saw made of spring steels (diameter φ≤450 mm, thickness δ = 0. 95 - 3. 00 mm) on woodworking, gardening and cotton machinery.
