摘要
对道梯公司制造的ML-722型煤矿运输机,将链轮花键轴的材料,由BS970817M40(En24)钢改为42CrMo 钢,变先淬火后齿型加工为先齿型加工后淬火,使齿部硬度达到38-40HRC。强度σb≥1176M/Pa,延长了花键轴的寿命,连续运转16个月,采煤近80万吨,高于原机。
About DT company made, the ML-722 coal mine transporter's sprocket spline axle, make it's material change from BS 970817- M40 ( En24) steel to 42CrMo steel. The process change from first hardening quench then toothes form working to first toothes form working then hardening quench. It's make the hardness of the part of toothes advance to 38 -44HRC ,and the strength of the part of toothes advancel to σb≥ 1176M/Pa. So it's advance the life of spling axle, make it continuous running sixteen monthes,the quantity of excavation is 800 thousand ,higher than anginal machine.
