SDF-1/CXCR-4系统与造血干/祖细胞动员

摘要 　　外周血造血干细胞移植(peripheral blood stem cellstranslation,PBSCT)是治疗多种恶性血液病以及部分遗传性疾病的主要方法,而造血干细胞(hematopoietic stem cells),HSC)动员是决定移植能否成功的关键因素之一.研究证实,基质细胞衍生因子-1 (stromal cell-derived factor-l,SDF-1)及其受体CXCR-4在造血干/祖细胞(hematopoietic stem and progenitor ceHs,HSPC)增殖、分化以及动员方面发挥着重要作用.目前,SDF-1/CXCR-4与HSPC之间的相互关系日益成为造血微环境研究领域中的热点问题.本文就SDF-1/CXCR-4系统在HSPC动员过程中的作用及其机制研究进展作一综述.……
