COX-2及相关细胞信号转导与胃癌关系研究进展

摘要   环氧化酶是催化花生四烯酸转化为前列腺素类物质的限速酶,至少存在两种同工酶:环氧化酶1(COX-1)与环氧化酶2(COX-2).COX-2呈诱导性表达,在胃癌组织中表达升高,与胃癌的发生、发展、转移密切相关,因而受到广泛关注.但其表达升高的确切机制尚不清楚,可能与细胞信号转导有关,研究发现COX-2可通过不同的细胞信号转导途径诱导表达,COX抑制剂能通过细胞信号转导途径诱导肿瘤细胞的凋亡和抑制肿瘤的生长、增殖,从而起到抗癌作用.研究与其相关的细胞信号转导机制对在分子水平上认识肿瘤的发病机制、发现新的治疗方法有重要的意义,因而COX-2及相关的细胞信号转导成为目前胃癌研究的热点之一.本文就COX-2的生物学特性、胃癌中COX-2的表达及意义、COX-2相关的细胞信号转导及COX抑制剂对胃癌的信号转导干预治疗进行综述.……
