高电荷态Ar^(17+)离子与不同固体表面相互作用的X射线谱研究 被引量:2

摘要 报道了利用光谱技术研究高电荷态Ar17+离子入射金属Be、Al、Ni、Mo、Au靶表面产生的X射线谱.实验结果发现Ar17+离子与固体表面作用发射的Ar K-αX射线形状与靶材料没有明显的关系,随入射离子能量的增加,K-αX射线强度减小. Using the spectrum technique,we have studied the X-ray spectra of highly charged Ar^(17+) ion interacting with Be、 Al、 Ni 、Mo、Au target surface respectively.The experimental results show that the Ar^(17+) Kα-X rays shape has no clear relation with target material,and with increasing the energy of the incident ion,the intensity of X-ray decreases.
